When you are in a fast food joint, standing in line, decide what you want before you get to the counter. Same rule applies to the snack counter at movie theaters.

you mean to say that I shouldn't take 10 minutes to study the menu at the drive thru? Oh, and should I already have my money ready when I get to the window, or is it okay to scrounge around for loose change for 20 minutes while a mom with three kids that are all crying waits behind you?
