here are my ticket options.... what would you guys do
1) Pay the $180 and it goes on my record
2) Pay $195 and go on probation for 90 days and it does NOT go on my record
or 3) Pay a court fee of $107 and have to take a $25- six hour defensive driving course and it doesn't go on my record.
I guess it is a decision on how much my time is worth......
let me know your opinion

the other qquestion is........can you make it 90 days without getting another stupid ticket in that town?
I would say 2 or 3. At least you have options.
2...or 3 to be safe! Keep it off your record! 90 days is a long time to be on probation. What happens if you get another ticket during the 90 days?
Probably 3..and you might get a discount on your insurance for taking a safe driver course
